** Home ownership must have verifiable credit. Applicant must show documents (lease contract, rental/payroll receipts etc...) if requested.
CO-Signer accepted for all current college students with proof of current paid school tuition.
Individual must be 18 years or older to apply for apartment (minors must be with parent or guardian). CO-Signer accepted (with approved requirements) for applicants with a minimum of 25 points.
CO-Signer MUST BE IMMEDIATE FAMILY (Parent, brother, sister, or grandparent),
must have at least 1 year in current employment, show 4 times gross monthly rent income,
1 year of rental history in his/her name, and have ALL good credit.
